Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has released a directive requiring
ministries and relevant agencies to tighten State management of
multi-level marketing (MLM) activities.
A senior official of the Ministry of Finance (MoF) says Viet Nam needs
to tighten its management of official development assistance (ODA) loans
and mobilise private sector capital to ease the burden of public debt.
Minister of Transport Dinh La Thang has urged construction units
working on National Highway No. 1 and the Ho Chi Minh Highway expansion
project to improve efforts in supervision and consultancy.
The Ministry of Finance has asked provincial customs departments to
tighten the management of goods which have been temporarily imported for
re-exporting or stored in bonded warehouses, in a move to prevent trade
fraud and smuggling.
